The first 30-minute meeting prior to your intensives is free. This initial meeting is a chance for you to ask questions and understand the purpose and process of EMDR intensives. It's also a chance for us to get to know each other. Building a supportive and honest client/therapist relationship is crucial for successful therapy. The quality of our relationship plays a vital role in achieving your therapy goals.
It is important you take an active role in your healing. A customized workbook will be provided to you to help assess your current need. From there, we will be able to better determine what our work will entail.
