Appointments that are not canceled at least two weeks prior will be charged full package fee to the client. Cancellation messages may be left with voice mail at (985) 893-1248, 24/7 hours a day.
IvyPay must be used for payment plans.
A deposit of $500 is required for your appointment dates. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to your account 2 weeks before the start of your Intensive Package.
By booking the Intensive Package, you have purchased this time, and it is yours unless you cancel at least 2 weeks before Day 1. If you cancel the EMDR Intensive within 2 weeks of Day 1, you will be charged the total amount of the Intensive Package.
If you wish to contact your insurance company to ask what CPT Codes are covered under your policy, you may file with insurance. Be sure to check your out-of-network deductible. Find out the process to seek reimbursement with your company.
