" What I value most about Carol Miles’ EMDR trainings is her candor and humility. She openly acknowledges the imperfections that can exist within the model while still honoring its value, and she brings a level of self-awareness to her teaching that makes the material feel both credible and human. " Carol Miles’ EMDR training was practical, engaging, and immediately applicable to clinical work. I especially appreciated her focus on case conceptualization, target selection, and navigating blocks that can arise during processing. Carol used real clinical examples to make complex concepts easy to understand while emphasizing appropriate pacing and attunement to the client. I left the training feeling more confident and prepared to use EMDR effectively with my clients. "
